Excellent ticket assistance for Ed Sheeran show, secured best seats, outstanding concierge. Upgraded room, great overall experience, amazing staff. Friendly and helpful, tasty room service, good internet speed. Communication with guest Managers was excellent, clean and quiet rooms. Friendliest and professional staff, excellent location. Great room service, food and service in restaurant and lobby cafe. Recommend to friends.

We loved this hotel! It had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect, as it was in the centre of the city and close to all the banks and shops we wanted to visit. Plus, the hotel facilities were great. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a simple and elegant design that we found captivating. The staff was always present and willing to help, making our stay more fun. And let's not forget about the amazing breakfast they served us every morning. It was a fantastic experience!

This hotel was a luxurious haven for us, providing exclusive amenities such as a Spa & wellness centre, Treatment room and Beauty treatment. the staff were impeccable in their service, from the moment we arrived to our departure. Our in-room breakfast and meals at the Restaurant were exceptional, and the Bar/Lounge area was a great place to unwind.
The only minor issue we encountered was the steep price for the car park. this was overshadowed by the overall exceptional experience we had at the hotel.

Our stay at Park Hyatt was fantastic! We were in Zurich for a few days and the hotel's location was perfect. We could easily walk to all the main attractions and the old town. The staff at the hotel were amazing, especially one member who went above and beyond to help us even after his shift had ended. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of fresh options. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.
